I went on vacation with an 11-year-old child and with a friend who was also with her son. This is my third trip to this hotel. The first one (7 years ago) just shocked me, two years ago I was also satisfied, but there were already complaints (cleaning in the rooms and the rooms themselves). And this trip disappointed me terribly! They put me in a room two hours after arrival! All this time we wandered around in the heat in jeans.
With cleaning, things are even worse, despite the tip. Garbage in the corners and outside the bathroom door lay all 12 days. Poor assortment of dishes (compared to previous years), no animation, dirty mattresses on sun loungers, torn towels (both on the beach and on sunbeds).
Only the sea remained remarkable: the purest transparent water brightened up the unpleasant moments a little.
Bottom line: if this trip was the first to this hotel, I probably would have been satisfied, but when compared with previous years, you come to a disappointing conclusion: the hotel is getting worse, I won’t go here again, and even more so for that kind of money. In short, price and quality went in different directions.
