Good tour company and management.
After last year's incident, we decided to use the services of this company again this year, as the manager called back and inquired about the incident, and also promised safe next trips. And she kept her word! For which we are very grateful! Firstly, travel cards were handed out in colorful branded envelopes (unlike paper scraps from another company with which they shared transport).
