At the Minamark hotel, the representative of the company (Mukhamed) did not behave correctly towards the guests. It would not hurt to conduct a second briefing on working with tourists. After all, the guide’s job is not only to sell excursions (which, as everyone knows, are much higher in price), but also to solve issues for a comfortable stay.
