The location of the hotel is convenient, the beach is not far away. Settlement is ok. The room is acceptable - air conditioning, mini fridge, small TV, safe (for a fee). The mirror is slightly stained.

I chose a hotel based on a review that is not true, the author most likely was not in this hotel (there is no bar street in Icmeler, bar street in Marmaris). Settlement is ok.

Terrible food, uncomfortable bathroom, very hard bed
I chose the hotel based on a single review with a rating of 10, the author of which meant another hotel (there is no bar street in Icmeler). Check-in without problems. The room is ok for the price.
