"People! Never use this office.”
Office at Kolomyazhsky prospekt, 26, letter A, head Ekaterina - the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. We bought a tour 4 months before departure, we flew 9 people (2 families). Finally, the day of departure comes, we are all waiting to receive all the documents. The travel agency doesn't even call us. We start calling ourselves, hang up, write SMS.
