Deception.
Group of 21 people, including 5 children from 4 to 12 years old. Arrived in Antalya on 20. 05. 2017 at about 6:05. The steward on duty met me by bus and delivered to the hotel at about 06:50. Conducted a brief briefing on the way to Kemer (Hotel Sherwood Club Goynuk). There he ordered to contact the reception staff for all questions, as our guide will appear at 13:00 the next day and then he will deal with us.
