Booked over the phone over the weekend a beach tour in Ayia Napa. The hotel has not been confirmed. The employee helped find an alternative replacement by playing with departure dates. We stopped in Limassol. Having picked up the hotel, we signed a contract. Made an advance payment. The next day the hotel hung in the "no response". Came again, changed the hotel to the one that is already available.
