We contacted this travel agency to buy a shopping tour to Italy. it all started with the fact that we were incorrectly named the documents that are necessary for a visa. no one reacted to my arguments that there were other documents before, I, having decided that perhaps the list had changed or that other documents were needed in this country, brought everything I needed, paid for the ticket and waited for the confirmation of the hotel.
