Disgusting. I'm in complete shock as you can treat tourists like that.
We booked a tour through sunmar tour operator. First, a room on the 4th floor, although we had previously asked for a hotf room no higher than the 2nd floor, we did not take into account the request and settled a disabled mother on the 4th floor (I focused on this on the hotline).

The tour operator settles in the disgusting hotel Aquarius Apartments 2 * in Hersonissos Greece. Spoiled vacation, I constantly had to go to humiliate to clean the room, they said that they had cleaned it, and there was garbage and everything was covered in dirt and dust, I had never seen anything like this, I had never felt so g.... sorry. The tour operator ruined the whole holiday for me and my disabled mother.
