Disgusting. I'm in complete shock as you can treat tourists like that.
We booked a tour through sunmar tour operator. First, a room on the 4th floor, although we had previously asked for a hotf room no higher than the 2nd floor, we did not take into account the request and settled a disabled mother on the 4th floor (I focused on this on the hotline).
