Horror and nightmare!!!
We decided to travel with Accord because of previous successful tours. But this time, not only unlucky, but within a month this "tour agency" does not return the passport for no reason. The documents were sent 2 months before the start of the trip, and the visas were not opened even after it began. We are in complete shock. We were called to the consulate for a personal interview 20 hours before the start of the tour.
