Tour operator JOINUP (Lutsk) is a real "professional". We chose a hotel, paid on 14.06. Imagine our condition after 27 hours on the bus with 2 children, we arrive at the hotel, but we are not on the list of arrivals. The reason is the cancellation of the reservation on the day of arrival (26.06). Absurdity! Expensive calls to Ukraine begin, the hotel contacts the Bulgarian tour operator, the Ukrainians "blame" on the Bulgarians, those on the Ukrainians.

We liked!
2 days after we returned, we were settled in Strandzha by replacement (they say this is practiced in Bulgaria - you buy a vacation in one hotel, and you end up in another, but more on that later).
