Best minutes in Italy
We went on tour in July 2013. I would like to say that the tour "Best minutes in Italy" was turned into the worst minutes by the efforts of the leader of the group Taras Kendzor. He did his best: firstly, the leader was not prepared for this trip at all - there was no selection of films or any materials about the country to which we were going to rest - instead, we were asked to enjoy the scenery outside the bus window; secondly, the leadership qualities of the leader leave much to be desired, there was no clarity in the organization of all excursions - the group was constantly waiting for something or someone; thirdly, a person absolutely does not know how to communicate with people.
