Good afternoon. I have never met more inadequate approaches to business and work with clients except in your company. On 09/18/17, having previously booked the "Weekend in Krakow" tour, I was told the price of 73 euros. On 09/19/17, having arrived at the agent in Kyiv, Lana Travel, it turned out that the price was already 100 euros. Considering that I planned to go with a family of 5 people, the amount of the overpayment outraged me.
