apart from issuing a voucher, the company is not responsible for anything else. The Egyptian manager Aladin tried to sell excursions at almost three times the price, then he lost interest in us. Before departure, there was no information on the information board about the time of departure from the hotel. I had to call the hotline in Sharm Sheikh. Nobody cares about you, you are left to yourself and are responsible for yourself.

Great hotel, but no wet cleaning
1. We chose on the basis that there were water slides and a heated pool 2. In the very center of Hurghada, gives the right to choose tours and gifts 3. We read the reviews, they turned out to be more or less true, we had the same opinion 4.
