the travel agency did not help to resolve the issue
the travel agency was known as reliable, but when we had problems at the hotel with the fact that the room did not match the promised one, they could not solve anything except to return the money to us, they promised that we would take a cheaper room, but at least without the trash that was going on around the first room. I had to decide everything ourselves, lose vacation time, as a result they paid for a good rest, but they didn’t get it quite right, the sediment remained.

Room conditions are terrible for a 5 stars and do not match the declared
Chose this hotel based on reviews. We chose an expensive room with sea and garden views for two, the tour operator assured us that everything would be fine and the room was really good.
