We thought that the hotel manager would help us resolve this issue, because in fact the room did not at all correspond to what was promised - but no, the manager was only indignant and said that he could not offer anything else. There are cheaper rooms (and they even showed us them), but if we move there, then only with the permission of the tour operator and with a statement that we have no complaints.

When we realized that there was nothing to be done, we decided to just sleep, but it wasn’t there - the mattress was just outlandishly hard, the feeling that you were sleeping on the boards, the pillows were lumps of sintapon, on which it was also a pleasure to sleep, the mattress cover was smaller than the bed, the blanket was larger than the duvet cover and you have to fill it yourself, the beds are not one double, but two - a double and a single, which, well, is also strange, but that's already it.

And, most importantly, disco music plays until 12 and you can’t fall asleep to it, and then at 2 in the morning they start loading dirty laundry into the car, and the sound is unusually strong, we slept so-so.
In the morning when we woke up, we saw that the staff was sitting on the fence and looking at us - that is, we didn’t seem to have a view of the sea, but the staff had us.
