Organization ZERO
We are going on a bus tour around Europe. At 3 nights they dropped off the bus in the Czech Republic!! We sit at the station for 4 hours. The new bus was said to be in 17 days. In the meantime, they said, go for a walk ... Not only did many tourists pay for the tour without overnight transfers, they also stupidly dropped them off at night, saying that there would be a transfer! The organizers do not get in touch, the accompanying representative cannot say anything intelligible, mumbles.
