Representatives of the tour operator withdrew and did not defend the rights of tourists in the hotel.
I have been using this tour operator for many years. Recently, they began to experience failures when checking into hotels in Turkey. I popol in a situation of refusal to move in the second time. Representatives of Anex are inactive in such cases and follow the lead of hotel administrations. I even called the Anex office in Turkey .... but they didn’t help there either, they didn’t defend the rights of their own dear tourists.

Terrible hotel with rudeness and lies from the hotel management.
I chose the hotel according to the principle....I read positive reviews on various sites. Booked and paid through the tour operator Anex tour Ukraine 10 months before arrival.
