They try to make money on you in any way
Purchased a 7 day tour. The office did not really know information about the hotel. They assured me that it was a very quiet place and everything was fine, but it turned out not quite so. The visa was issued quickly and in general there are no big complaints about the Kyiv office. But here in Greece - this is something! The points: - Group transfer to and from the hotel is very slow - the bus is large, they take everyone for a long time.
