Terrible tour organization
The worst organization of the tour in all respects: transfer (bus broke down, internal transfer in Abkhazia - without any guarantees that you will be taken somewhere at all); the work of a guide in Abkhazia is rudeness and unprofessionalism, an attempt to give tourists counterfeit alcohol to drink; no documents were issued when collecting the surcharge on the bus; the accompanying group refused to resolve any issues at all, saying that she did not work for this Tour Operator and decide everything with them yourself; did not issue any documents for a group tour and medical insurance.
