Disgusting attitude towards customers
In February 2015, we traveled to Tenerife through the agency "Continent DSBV TOUR" (contract No. ETN5022001 of 01/27/2015). Wanted to relax only in the APARTMENTS. A separate story - how they were booked for us! Manager Kolchina booked them for 10 days!!! But upon arrival in Tenerife, we were accommodated in a HOTEL, also with a one-time meal (breakfast only).
