Join Up is the worst of all operators.
The representative of Join Up was seen at the hotel only on the day when he sold us excursions, no one else saw him at the hotel. To clarify the time of excursions, call him on his mobile. They didn’t even come to pick us up for a free tour and they couldn’t get through to him. As a result, they did not get to Soho. Well, at least a leaf with a departure found time to deliver.

Normal Operator
We flew to Egypt with JoinUP from 2.11 to 16.11 from Kharkiv. After reading the reviews, I expected the worst, but surprisingly everything went fine. Both departure and transfer are on time. The guide, however, was lost somewhere the day before departure (the phone did not answer, there was no information about the departure anywhere). But in the late afternoon I called the hotel and gave all the information, in general, made me a little nervous.
