I ordered a room in Skalny in Artek through this so-called company. The room was never booked, but the money was paid, 6500 rubles. The so-called Svetlana, and then Ekaterina, sent me a pseudo-voucher for a settlement, but when I called Skalny, they had never heard of us, let alone such a company. It is not Svetlana, not Ekaterina, not their director or the owner of this company that is thinking about returning the money.
