VKO club are scammers. A trip to Portugal that became "unforgettable"

I visited thematic forums many times, read the reviews, both positive and negative, with enthusiasm, but I never thought that I myself would be the author of such a letter. Unfortunately, with a negative connotation.
Through VKO Club I went with my husband for 15 days to Portugal, Sheraton 5 *.
Looking forward to an unforgettable vacation. The rest really became unforgettable, but only because we became participants in an almost detective story.
VKO Club falsified all the documents, as a result we were placed in a far from the best 4 * hotel (and this is instead of the Sheraton 5 *! ). As a result, in the middle of the vacation, we were forced to return to Moscow a week ahead of schedule, and in Moscow we were accused of all mortal sins and forgery of our contract with the VKO Club.
By the way, Portugal is a country of fabulous beauty! And I advise everyone to go there. But not through VKO Club!
