Initially, we booked a Junior Suit room via the Internet, but upon check-in, the super-friendly lady from the reception offered us to spend time in a large family room for the same money. Initially, we booked a Junior Suit room via the Internet, but upon check-in, the super-friendly lady from the reception offered us to spend time in a large family room for the same money. We did not refuse, because this room is a huge apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a huge balcony. The hotel staff pleased us with their attention and responsiveness in resolving any issues. We did not meet Russian-speaking employees, but we were not upset, because we speak decent English. Fans of Russian TV will be disappointed there, it is not there. We lived on a BB basis, so we can only evaluate breakfast: decent, high-quality, but without frills. For those who like to drink in the morning there is champagne. The territory is small, but very beautiful and green. There is an observation deck over the ocean. There is no beach near the hotel, as there is practically nowhere else on the island, as there are only volcanic rocks around, breaking into the water. For swimming, there are pools in the hotel, municipal bathing complexes on the ocean with sea water, and it is also possible to swim directly in the ocean, going down the ladder into the water. The main advantages of resting on the island are magnificent nature and mild climate, interesting excursions and travels. Paradise for lovers of travel and outdoor activities. Fans of wild rest, animation and super all inclusive do not favor here.
All in all, the hotel and resort is very good for people looking for a relaxing holiday.
