I have stayed at the Rio Hotel several times. Everything suits: the rooms are neat, the breakfasts are buffet, everything is fresh, an elevator was made in 2013, the rooms are cleaned constantly, the staff is polite, but they don’t know Russian, mostly English.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Very clean and tidy. Cleaned up daily. For 11 days the bed was changed 4 times. The staff is very friendly, they tried very hard to please.
