Service/room: no laundry service, bed linen is not changed in the room, the balcony is dirty, all the chairs are dusty, the rugs are stained in the room, the safe does not work, I asked to fix it - they gave me the key to the safe, confusedly explained how to open it and sent me to solve the problem on my own . Meals: monotonous, almost no fresh fruits or vegetables, there are winded apples, cucumbers and tomatoes. There is no good tea or coffee at all. Sea / beach: located far away, all the sunbeds are interconnected, people rest almost on top of each other, if you need to move the sunbed a little further away from the crowd - pay money, many complain about sea water poisoning. Organization of excursions: they constantly deceive - one amount is indicated on the receipt for the excursion, in fact they take more, they sold me the excursion, there was not enough space on the bus. The organizer of excursions is not at all interested in selling, with a condescending look, reluctantly talked about excursions and with all her appearance discouraged the desire to go anywhere. At this time (September 2014) a huge group of children and teenagers was resting, which created a lot of noise, occupied the entire beach, about which the hotel administration did not warn vacationers in advance. For the entire rest (road, accommodation, meals) I paid 40.000 rubles. For about the same money, I vacationed in Turkey in the spring. Unfortunately, our resorts differ from foreign resorts like heaven and earth. Before the trip, acquaintances twisted their fingers to their temples and advised them to hand over their tickets and go on vacation abroad. I didn’t believe it, I decided to check it myself, and here’s the result - the rest is comparable to serving a sentence. Our south has done everything so that the tourist will never come back here again.
