Всё ужасно! Everything is terrible!

To say it's terrible is an understatement! 1. We were settled from 14.00 exactly one and a half hours. In the lobby there was a huge line of people who arrived AT DIFFERENT TIMES. On my request to arrange all the documents in advance, and to call in the room at 14.00 I was refused. Although it would be better for everyone. 2. The food leaves a lot to be desired. No variety! Zero! For dinner we ate what was left from lunch. Yes Yes! 3. We took a deluxe room. I'll attach a photo. No comments. They have their own concept of luxury, apparently)) 4. No soundproofing. 5. Empty dispensers for soap and shower gel hang in the bathroom. Tiles are in terrible condition. 6. There is some strange empty room in the room with bare wires. 7. There are ponds on the territory that stink terribly. 8. Plastic furniture on the LUX balcony. 9. Carpet and furniture in the room are stained. 10. Towels with stains. Dirt and filth everywhere. Conclusion: I will never come back here. And I don't recommend it to anyone.
