Time of stay in Anapa from May 10 to May 30.2009. To begin with, which largely explains our choice of vacation spot, that we got a ticket to the Kuban sanatorium free of charge under the Federal Social Security Program. fear for the rehabilitation treatment of the child. As an accompanying daughter (8 years old), I also traveled with her for free, including the road, taking my husband and youngest son with me.
Anapa greeted us with dank rain, a cold northern wind and a gray, densely clouded sky. In justification, the local population was reassured by the statement that they had not had such a cold May for 20 years.
Taxi drivers quickly intercepted us at the station and took us to the Kuban for 400 rubles. The check-in was massive, so overnight there were 300 people in the hall, of which there were many wheelchair users, so they settled us promptly, but we got into the room only after 1.5 hours. The room on the 5th floor turned out to be very small, the furniture is all new, clean wallpaper, blinds on the windows, there is even air conditioning, a TV and a refrigerator, but since there was no extra bed in the room for my husband (we paid 600 rubles for 1 day for our son and husband) only for chewing, without treatment and food), then I asked for another number.

The senior administrator, the sweetest woman from all the staff, gave us the keys to a 2-room suite with a sea view without any problems, where there was a separate bedroom with a huge bed, and in the other room a sofa, 2 armchairs, a table... in general, more space than at my house. So I gave it a 5 star rating!
The first impression of the dining room was quite positive, varied menu to choose from, everything is of course dietary, but tasty (daughter gained 4 kg in 3 weeks), but staying in the sanatorium for 21 days, in the end we were not at all inspired by the local diet, therefore, more and more often went to eat in a cafe.
On the second day of our stay, we were received by a doctor (the medical building is located in the building of the sanatorium, on the 1st floor, along the way we passed through the "Winter Garden", where my children hung out every time for 20 minutes, examining sturgeon fish in the pool, water turtles, parrots, caiman in the terrarium - a picturesque place) My daughter and I were prescribed a bunch of medical procedures: Polina suffers from br. asthma - laser therapy, hydromassage, manual massage, inhalation, swimming pool, exercise therapy, manual therapy, magnetotherapy, halochamber.
I was treated for osteochondrosis - a chiropractor, massage, Charcot's shower, mud therapy, massage, swimming pool. For half a day we ran around the offices, signing up for procedures, in many we stood in line for 10-20 minutes in a nervous atmosphere, because all pensioners and honored disabled people were eager out of habit without a queue, but in general it was the busiest day, the rest of the time everyone followed a well-defined treatment schedule. So I liked the therapeutic part of my vacation in the Kuban sanatorium, I felt an improvement in my health and a surge of strength.
I want to highlight the rest of my notes to individual places in the city of Anapa.

Firstly, the water park "Golden Coast" - we liked it the most !! ! If it was as hot every day as it was in our last week, then we would spend all the time there. I have something to compare with, we visited water parks starting from Sudak and Sochi, but this one is the most amazing. Slides for every taste, a wave pool, children's slides, or rather a town of slides - just for this it is worth visiting Anapa for at least 1 day. (All pleasure costs 300 rubles per person for 5 hours, in season it can be more expensive)
The water park "Octopus" in the sanatorium "Nadezhda" - the children liked it, it is indoor, so you can visit at any time of the year. (120 rubles per hour, adults are not allowed in the pool, you can sit indoors - watch, although I recommend visiting a local bar - they make excellent coffee. Children are only allowed from 4 to 12 years old.
The excursions were not impressive at all, they offer wine tasting, horseback riding, a dolphinarium - (sucks !!! ), sorry, but each one cost us at least 1.5 thousand rubles - for this money it was more pleasant to sit on the shore.
Speaking of the city beach - I was pleasantly surprised, clean sand, after a storm a lot of shells are thrown ashore, the children splashed enthusiastically in the water, which warms up quickly, for the first 20 meters from the shore the depth does not exceed half a meter, so there is no fear that the child drown.
So I think that we had a good rest with the whole family. For this money, of course, we could have gone to Turkey, but only for 7-10 days and there would be no talk of any additional treatment there. And so I am sure that my children will get sick much less often in winter and we will have vivid impressions for the whole year ahead.
