I chose this sanatorium because the sanatorium itself offered a promotion during the autumn holidays. . . Liked the price. The sanatorium itself is not bad, I lived in a deluxe room, but it is far from deluxe, but just a comfort room, I can’t even imagine what kind of standard level rooms. Service Oh. . . upon arrival, the deluxe room should have been provided with toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, etc. d. None of this happened, I had to go beg and say that we stopped in like a LUX room, although it was written in Russian on the ticket, we pretended not to notice. Bathrobes were brought, slippers were brought, soap, a brush, disposable toothpaste were brought on the first day, nothing was worn from the second day, apparently they decided that disposable items can be used all 12 days. Bed linen was not changed once during the whole stay. Let's move on to nutrition.... that's a whole different story.... The food is monotonous, cold, gray, not salty or sweet, don’t understand which one, they reacted violently to the remark, ran and poked their noses, but it’s just awful.... The waiters are not trained in demeanor, snatching plates straight from the port, in a hurry to escort customers out of the dining room.... sweeping with a dirty broom during a meal.
