Focusing on the information located on the official website of the b / o "Oltrek", we chose to stay "a comfortable house of superior comfort with a stove, amenities and a shower in the room, a bathroom with hot water, a TV for watching DVD in the house" for 1100 rubles. per day per person, i. e. for two 2200 rub. per day. On the spot it turned out that in the comfortable house there is neither a stove nor a TV for watching DVDs (- They shouldn't be there! - Why is there other information on your official website? - We don't know... ). Due to faulty plumbing, there was a large, non-drying puddle in the toilet; hot water appeared only on the second day.
Instead of relaxing and enjoying nature, on the first day we ran and solved everyday problems. If you hear from the mouth of the senior administrator Svetlana: "Now", then know that it means - "Never". We did not understand the meaning of this girl's stay in this position.
The price of the house, among other things, included daily cleaning (during the week of stay we saw the maid 2 times), the use of a first-aid kit (out of curiosity we looked in, there was not even elementary coal! ). Everything is very poorly organized, a complete mess! The director of Oltrek (an intelligent, reasonable man) should not constantly apologize for the actions, or rather the inaction of his staff, but initially recruit a professional team and not dissolve them to complete disgrace, because they are the face of Oltrek.
Through communication with them, one gets the impression of a recreation center. It’s good that in fact we only spent the night in Oltrek, exploring the nearby surroundings all day long: capes Uyuga, Khadarta, Sagan-Khushun, the observation deck of the Kurminsky gorge. They took paid excursions only to those places where they could not reach on their own:
1) "Sarma Gorge" - 600 rubles. per person (the guide Nastya did a good job, it's really an interesting walk along the picturesque mountain river);
2) “A boat trip to about. Olkhon "-1400 r. per person (guide Lenya) - crumpled, torn, uninformative throwing money away! Nothing is really told or shown - and this is on Olkhon!!!
3) “Automobile tour of the caves Bolshaya and Malaya Baidinskiye, Mechta, Aya – 1500 rubles. per person - that's where the guys-guides worked their money! Well done! We took this tour from the b / o "Laguna", which is 100 meters from the "Oltrek". Unforgettable experience! I advise everyone!
