We decided to spend these New Year holidays in the "Altai Castle" in Belokurikha, Altai Territory.

Disappointed with all

1. Lack of preparation for the New Year holiday. On the sanatorium territory there is not a single garland, decorated with spruce, ice figures, and this is against the backdrop of bright and spectacularly decorated other sanatoriums of Belokurikha. The city is lit up with lights and garlands like a Christmas tree. The holiday is felt everywhere - everything plays, glitters and shimmers, EXCEPT "Altai Castle"

2. A beggarly catering table from the 80s - meager, insipid, tasteless. There is a pungent smell of burnt food in the dining room and on the second floor. It seems that the hood is not coping and the smell of the catering unit penetrates the doors of the nearest rooms. In front of my eyes, the cook was stacking chicken eggs in a bag filled to the top with food. Next to him was another one of the same, ready to be sent home. Noticing that I was watching how the products were put into the bag, I calmly dragged the packages to the opposite corner, away from prying eyes. I understand that everyone wants to eat, I understand that the salary is negligible, but when they bring you burnt pancakes, which are a tasteless, sticky mass, or potato slurry smeared on a plate with three small pieces of meat - stewed potatoes with meat, or undercooked cabbage with squashed potatoes stuffed into a broth bowl and called borsch... it becomes clear where my money went. Shame on the manufacturers, shame on the dieticians! But thanks to the waitress girls for their promptness and patience. Nice, friendly, helpful - the only positive thing.

And further. There is no compensation for vacationers who go on excursion trips on Sunday (I want to ask who ate my tasteless breakfast, lunch, dinner? ). In other sanatoriums, dry rations are required, which the administration issues with them to vacationers traveling to Chemal, Srostki, Gorny.

3. I cannot evaluate the treatment. In the five-day New Year's voucher, 200 rubles / day were allocated for procedures. Therefore, what I received for a thousand rubles is one thalassotherapy procedure for an hour and a half. Thalassotherapy in Greek means treatment by the sea (thalassa - sea, therapy - treatment). This method involves the treatment of everything related to the sea - sea air, algae, therapeutic mud, salt and salt baths, massage, oils. In fact, I received the following: In a cold room, I was offered to undress and rinse in the shower. Then, without wiping yourself, lie down on the massage table. She rinsed herself, lay down - shivering from the cold with a slight shiver. The nurse girl begins to rub me with coffee pomace with cold hands... The scraping time (and there is no other way to call it) from the heels to the neck is exactly thirty seconds. Then an offer to roll over with your stomach up... To my question: “What was that? ” Answer: What don't you like? Scrub skin treatment. We all do this. " I interrupted the session. I got up in the shower, warmed up at last, dried myself off and went to collect my money for an unproven service.

And I would also like to note the endless queues at the offices. Cards are filled in manually - primary appointment, attending physician, registrar. In other sanatoriums of Belokurikha, all processes are computerized - this saves time and nerves for vacationers.

4. Cleaning in the room was done daily - the center of the room was vacuumed daily, the furniture and window sills were not dusted daily, the plumbing was not washed daily, the garbage was not taken out daily. The room is cold. I want to wrap myself in a blanket all the time. With hot radiators from plastic windows, there is such a draft that the curtains sway and the front cardboard doors rattle softly. With the ubiquitous abundance of daylight office lamps, there is a feeling of lack of lighting - the bathroom is twilight, an office lamp is embedded in the ceiling of the room, a couple of sconces on the wall, but they are not enough against the background of gray walls. The room is uncomfortable - washed out, stale tulle curtains, a bedspread on the bed with old greasy stains, bed linen is gray, like tulle on the windows.

5. There is no secret of clients' residence in the sanatorium. Everywhere free passage. A guard in an ironed suit lets everyone through. Think about the fact that anyone can get into your room with impunity: a drunk, inadequate person, a thief. Your safety and the safety of your property is not guaranteed by anyone.

Bad experience at the resort. There is nothing to do there. For this money you can get good food, treatment, service - decent service, thoughtful interior design of the premises in the sanatorium "Belokurikha", "Siberia", "Katun", "Russia", "Altai-West". It makes no sense to pay money for the level of comfort that Altai Castle offers you. And further. The sanatorium does not have its own territory, no children's playground, no swimming pool, no comfortable places to relax.

A year-round picture - the vacationers of the "Castle" are drawn to the pool of the sanatorium "Siberia" or "Russia", to the benches by the river in the "Altai-West", to the playgrounds of "Belokurikha".
