My colleagues and I have the impression that the hotel staff themselves churn out these reviews. Reviews on all resources are equally unctuous and glamorous. I don’t see anything wrong with this, but you don’t need to get too hung up on this way of promoting the hotel. People remember a small negative (which the staff immediately eliminates), unpleasant insignificant trifles against a generally favorable background, than such faceless reviews.
