The hotel is just a fairy tale, or rather an English fairy tale. Everything about the hotel is reminiscent of a trip to London, the atmosphere is friendly. The staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are varied and delicious.

the location is convenient (10-15 minutes walk from the moscow station), by taxi around the city 100 rubles if walking in the center. The service is excellent. The phone is at the reception (English booth) where you can call any mobile phone for free. Great hearty breakfast with oatmeal, scrambled eggs, beans.

My colleagues and I have the impression that the hotel staff themselves churn out these reviews. Reviews on all resources are equally unctuous and glamorous. I don’t see anything wrong with this, but you don’t need to get too hung up on this way of promoting the hotel. People remember a small negative (which the staff immediately eliminates), unpleasant insignificant trifles against a generally favorable background, than such faceless reviews.
