Didn't like absolutely everything.
- the ratio of price (considerable) and quality, or rather its complete absence (a shabby room, a five-year-old renovation has already "faded").
- no internet, apparently distributed wi-fi is enough only for the computer to work at the reception
- the indifference of the staff to the problems of visitors (realizing that the computer at the reception would not boot, I asked the receptionist to help me print tickets to the Hermitage, which we bought on the Internet. She shrugged her shoulders and said that if it was not possible here, then she could not help may not print through your computer.

- there is no housekeeping. Apparently, the proximity of the bus station allowed the hotel staff to think that this was a rooming house and that bed linen could not be changed for people. For 4 nights of stay, the bed was simply made up, but the linen was not changed. I am shocked by such horror. Towels were changed once, and even then only partially, and shampoo was reported. And the apotheosis - upon check-in, they found a cookie under the table, if anyone has not guessed yet - after check-out, it was still lying there, i. e. The room was simply not cleaned at all.
- no air conditioning, do not open the windows - around the clock wild noise from the road will not let you sleep.
- the food is disgusting, monotonous - firstly, partially not fresh (vegetables) - secondly. The mode of operation of the so-called "restaurant" is generally amazing - it is written until 21, they came at 20, and it is closed. The receptionist said that since we did not order dinner (they will not tell you about this when checking in, keep in mind), the restaurant closes earlier. Why then write a mode of operation that does not correspond to reality at all remains a mystery.
We are not picky, we lived in hotels of different levels, but for 3500 per day we expected a slightly better level of service. In the regions, hotels are a hundred times better than this one. And it's not on the periphery of the city, but almost in the center. I strongly do not recommend to anyone who wants to stay more than a day. It will do for the night to spend the night, and even then with a decrease in the price tag.
