My husband and I were in St. Petersburg on an excursion, and lived in this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is very good, I didn't even expect such a service in 3 stars, everything was cleaned every day, clean, white towels were changed every day. All are very friendly. They forgot the key in the room, it doesn't matter - when you return it is already at the reception.
