Hotel "Saint-Petersburg" is located in the historical, cultural and business center of the city. This modern building is located on the Neva embankment, opposite the famous Aurora cruiser. From the windows of the hotel "Saint-Petersburg" a picturesque view of the Neva water area and the panorama of the Northern capital opens. Hotel "Saint-Petersburg" has a convenient location - the hotel is located near the Finlyandsky railway station. From here you can quickly get to the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, St. Isaac's Cathedral or take a walk to the Peter and Paul Fortress and the Summer Garden.More →

The room has a TV, built-in wardrobe in the hallway, carpet on the floor. Cleaned every day, towels changed every day. Clean, comfortable. The view from the window was soothing. Although the window overlooked the courtyard, but under my window there was a roof peak, and every morning white gulls walked along it.
The room rate included a buffet breakfast. The restaurant is cozy, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Neva and the Cruiser Aurora from a huge window. A varied selection of dishes. A variety of cereals, salads, cuts of sausage and cheese, pastries, omelettes, cottage cheese casserole, cheesecakes, juices, fruits. Everything is very tasty, satisfying. I was very satisfied with the food.

" They offered to see the suite. This is something with something!! ! I haven't seen such a filthy hotel for a very long time. Everything is shabby, the floors are dirty, repairs were probably done during the councils. In the room, the ceiling is a maximum of 2.20 on the head really presses, the furniture is all peeled, the carpet is worn. The picture on the site is pretty photoshopped, in real life everything is much worse. We refused to check in, went to another hotel. The hotel owners should be ashamed of this, because their hotel bears the name of this magnificent city and, in theory, should correspond to the status of the main hotel of the city. p. s. Under the window on the embankment, a tunnel is being built, they are sawing something around the clock, loading, rattling and yelling in Tajik. Windows do not open. My advice - never take this hotel, it is not worth it.

Upon arrival at the hotel, a girl in a dirty uniform, who was sitting at the reception, twisted her face for a long time and said that we would have to take another room, or let the children sleep on the same bed, because they would not sleep at all. to. in her computer "does not get hooked" 2 additional. beds. when I asked why, when booking, "everything was addicted", she told me that they had nothing to do with the booking department at all. It took about an hour to register, the lamentations "never before so many people were accommodated in one room" pissed me off so much that there was a desire to turn around and leave, but the children were very tired and this stopped. . But in vain. . . a room for 11.800 per day, with a dirty carpet, broken furniture (the table was held by a screwed iron leg in the middle, armchairs and chairs with torn contents, the sofa creaked and strove to turn over when mom lay down on it) the doors to neither the bedroom nor the bath , not closed to the office. Well, actually, the interior and furniture apparently have not changed since the late 60s. Dirty windows, and under the windows, the repair of the embankment begins at 6 in the morning. (I asked when booking 4 times about the view from the window !!!!! ) beds are folding beds, and my husband changed the bottle in the cooler, because the hotel staff simply put a few bottles nearby, apparently deciding that whoever wants to get drunk will work. There are holes in the marble floor in the bathroom, a dirty trash can with something stuck to it. . horror. . Parking. this is actually just a delineated place in front of the hotel. It costs 400 r per day, but no one is responsible for the safety of the car. In short, worse than this hotel, I have never seen. The only plus is the restaurant "Beringov" where we had breakfast and lunch. Delicious, not too expensive and good service.

By the way, right in front of the hotel, the embankment is being repaired and you understand the view of the construction site.

Shabby, unkempt rooms that have not been renovated for thirty years. The furniture is old and shabby. There are cockroaches in the room. There was a terrible cold in the room, no more than 15 degrees, from the window it carried so that the room was blown through. But the worst is the staff. All requests to bring a heater to the room were given a promise, then they did not bring it and refused. … More ▾ Shabby, unkempt rooms that have not been renovated for thirty years. They act like they're doing you a big favor. For the money, in my personal experience, you can find a much more decent option.

Having wandered around St. Petersburg, we decided to look at the hotels near Nevsky, but when we entered the courtyard on Millionnaya Street, we immediately wanted to escape from the "yard of horrors". We immediately imagined how we would make our way in the dark in this well and decided to delay our stay at the hotel. We went on a sightseeing tour of the city and even thought about taking a night tour that lasts 6 hours (this is like an option for an overnight stay). But passing by the St. Petersburg hotel, we decided that we needed to try her goodness. From Nevsky to the hotel we had to spend about half an hour, we were at the place at 21-30. And all our efforts were rewarded according to merit. A very nice girl told us that our reservation had not yet been canceled (although according to the conditions, confirmation is guaranteed from 15 to 18). A double room cost us 1500 rubles. We visited the Berengov restaurant, which is located right there in the hotel, everything was sooooo delicious! (this is a separate topic with words of gratitude! ) And returning to the room, we took a shower, appreciated the large number of snow-white, fluffy towels, dazzling white sheets, the presence of a TV brightened up our evening. Generally clean, but needs some cosmetic repairs and furniture replacement. (Number a la 80s). Our morning was adorned with breakfast in the same restaurant, where the Swedish table resembles a trip abroad. There were a lot of foreigners who, with their sonorous admiration, were delighted with the beautiful view of the Neva, the Winter Palace and the Russian service. Maybe we will finally, over time, establish Russian tourism at the world level? Thanks for the hospitality Peter! Sincerely, Galina and Ivan!

The hotel is located on the banks of the Neva, opposite the cruiser "Aurora". The view is good. To the subway 10-11 minutes. But the wall lamp did not work in the room, there was no hot water for 2 hours, there was no plug for the bath (I had to plug the hole with a crumpled plastic bag). I didn't like the fact that they offered to move into the room only after 15:00. But in "Vyborgskaya" I was somehow settled even at 11 o'clock. But what impressed me the most was their storage room. They did not give any numbers, there was no controller. Just a girl from the reception opened it and put whatever you want, or take whatever you want. It didn't bother her. After all, there was an inscription next to it that the hotel was not responsible for the safety of things. Some kind of absurdity. In 2010, I used a left-luggage office at the Volkhov Hotel in Novgorod. There was order. The guard accompanied me to the cell, opened it, I put the bag in the numbered box, took the number and the cell was closed. That is, it is almost impossible to steal something there. And in "St. Petersburg" - this is a couple of trifles. The buffet is good and varied.

In addition to previous reviews. The hotel is accommodated by "organized" groups of schoolchildren who have fun all night and do not let them sleep. The staff and security all don't care. Everything else for reprofiling is already there - staff and soviet furniture.
