We arrived at the "hotel" in the evening, at 19 o'clock, the reception staff was busy, as always, with more important matters, they filled out the cards, but the rooms were not ready yet. One was ready, but the second was still being cleaned. Threw things in one room went for a walk. Returning at 10 p. m. , we found a “cleaned” room, but without bed linen. Within 30 minutes, three calls to the maid, to the reception and again to the maid, the linen was still laid. The room was something described here by other authors: a smoky room, torn walls (the feeling is that they were walked on with a hammer), the number of lighting fixtures was strong at a minimum (30 percent of the calculated amount, lamps of different calibers and colors of glow were stuck in places) , the TV showed normally one or two channels, a soiled sofa and carpet, misted double-glazed windows. On that day, it wasn’t all that upsetting, because it’s a SPA hotel! There should have been a lot of good things in it : ) .
In the morning, the buffet for our parish was slightly sorted out, from which it was concluded that it was necessary to go to a meal 10 minutes before the designated time for its issuance. The assortment of dishes at breakfast is what was left from dinner, there was almost always yogurt (“delicate” is the cheapest), there was almost always porridge, it was impossible to eat salads (they either smelled of something unknown, or an incomprehensible mixture of everything, was called a salad). After a bite to eat, which inspired confidence that on the hill they would not come to visit a white friend, we went up the hill. At the end of the stay, yogurts disappeared, and when they appeared on the penultimate day, they already began to monitor the number of products sold. We went for lunch several times, because during the day on the hill and go down for lunch... Lunch is also a complete disappointment for the "buffet". This was especially killed by sausages made of paper tinted red (cost ~ 30 rubles per pack). Sausage buns made of the same material were also offered. Salads were also not to be eaten. I took only fish, when there was no fish it was hard : ). I will not write about dinner, this is a repetition of what I wrote about breakfast and lunch.
SPA… I don’t know what they mean by SPA in crocus. At the entrance to the “Bath Complex” there is a kind of dressing room with torn lockers. Towels may simply not be there, because they are either still drying, or they simply are not there. In the twilight of the pool room, around it there are about 10 sun loungers (in some places torn apart), which are always occupied. The feeling is that people have been queuing up for them since morning.

Hamam. It turns out that hamam is when there is a lot of steam - everything else does not matter. It doesn’t matter that the stones are cold, it doesn’t matter that one dim light bulb shines on the whole room somewhere under the ceiling. (although a year ago there was normal lighting).
Sauna. Sauna is the place where you can warm up if you start to reduce the organs of the body. But also with some reservations. It can be crowded like the subway at rush hour. They can fill the electric heater with water in it, and smart automation will not let it turn on. Or maybe, on the contrary, the temperature is prohibitive (which is practically from the realm of fantasy). Approximately in the same room where the entrance to the sauna is located, there is a jacuzzi, I have never seen it in working condition.
I have not been to the Russian bath. For the reason that her whereabouts could not be seen in any way, and I didn’t really want to ask something : ). There is also some kind of massage bed, but it can turn from a massage bed into an ordinary one, because you need to boil the kettle, and there is only one socket.
It is impossible to stay in a room where saunas / hammams / pools are located for a long time. It's cold there, beer is supposed to be bought only at the bar, water periodically drips from the ceiling. Standing beer is not interesting to drink. I didn’t climb into the pool - I can’t say anything bad about it, but I can’t say anything good either. During the stay, three days (of which two days in a row) all this joy was on prophylaxis. In addition, when you come there, don't be surprised if you see someone who doesn't live in the hotel, that's normal : )
The cue really cost 50 rubles, the table was “free”. The cinema was announced, as well as the jacuzzi, but it was not.

At the end of the stay, the unexpected happened. The light went out, they didn’t let me sit in the dark, thanks for that, they started the diesel engine. There was no place for a diesel engine except under the windows. All night the rattling and humming made their way through the walls. With some effort we managed to convince the administration to move us to less noisy rooms. When moving, everything is new (lack of linen, calls several times to bring it all the same). The rooms were not much different from the previous ones. Maybe only the absence of hammer marks on the walls, the TV showed everything in black and white, torn sockets...
Departure from the hotel was not without incident either. We left at 15 o'clock. When visiting lunch, it turned out that it was already worth the money and they also wanted to take it for the release of the rooms 3 hours after the checkout time. To the question, what about the fact that upon arrival we arrived later and the rooms were not ready, everything was bad in the bath complex, there was no lunch, the guys at the reception desk hesitated and seemed to “forget” about the monetary satisfaction of our stay for three hours.
All this disgrace in the crocus cost 6 thousand per room per day. The maids were extremely polite, but the rest were bullish in places. There are really a lot of people there, so no one will fight for the quality of services there.
Mineral water airport is of course a different story. Everyone flying there should fly only on KMV or experience a great sense of guilt if you fly, for example, with Aeroflot.
The slide all the days was "it doesn't get any better. " But even on the hill, some things were frustrating:
Aborigines who raise people on snowmobiles drive right along the slopes, and in some places they break the slope to stones, and in order not to kill the boards, it is better to remove them and walk on foot. They ride at a fairly decent speed, to the general joy of those sitting on this iron horse and to the hatred of everyone else.
Those who are on control let everyone they need relatives, friends of relatives, friends of friends of relatives, etc. . And this is all regardless of the queue... they can simply stop the queue and put one of their own on the entire six-seater bench.
There is complete chaos on double lifts, they can stand for an hour with people hanging in their chairs, no one gives out any checks and everything else to anyone, all the bablos go into the pocket of the person in the window. You can stand in line for double lifts for an hour or more

The cost of "food" on the hill is almost golden. Cheburek - one hundred rubles, stop the soup, mulled wine 80... well, etc.
In conclusion, I can advise those wishing to ride a good hill to stay at another hotel, there are enough of them. Of course, they will not have a pool or a hammam, but it is better to buy a normal sauna once for a couple of hours than to suffer with what has already been paid.
