What hooked me to this hotel is, first of all, the attitude towards you! Believe me guys, no matter how awesome the restaurant, hotel, and so on is, but if the staff is rude and stand with a brick in their face, then this restaurant will have negative fame))) and here the atmosphere is homely, and the food is homemade, and the employees are attentive and caring. My son and I were at the end of December 2010 in Shelestoff. Normal hotel, friendly staff, professional managers. Clean comfortable rooms, wonderful spa with hammam and steam room. BUT: CORPORATE PARTS! ! Soundproofing at zero - the corporate party rattles right in the room practically. Hearing is awesome! ! The set includes earplugs, because it is very difficult to fall asleep.
