In general, there are many nice hotels in Kostroma, as I see it, of the most different price categories. Since this trip is not just a trip for a couple of days off, but the beginning of a vacation.

Nice hotel but a few things to note...

Kostroma is a small city, it seems to me that everywhere there will be close to the main attractions. Therefore, I rate the location of the hotel as good. Very nice interiors, clean rooms, well equipped bathroom.

Visiting the Snow Maiden in Kostroma

In general, I really liked the trip to Kostroma to visit the Snow Maiden. Of course, as an experienced traveler, there were some disadvantages. I don’t know for someone this is not important, but I’ll write my comment.

If we talk about living conditions and food - there is definitely a solid five ! ! The hotel in Kostroma, where we spent the night and had breakfast - Samokovskaya - clean, everything is new, no complaints!

Rested as a couple. The room was booked in advance, with an advance payment of 30%. We paid extra on arrival by bank transfer from a bank card - very convenient. I liked everything: comfortable room, silence, cleanliness of the hotel.

To "Silver Ples" go not far from Ivanovo. Check-in went well, no problems. The room is big and clean, everything is new. I liked the pool, the area is not very well maintained, there is no descent to the Volga, after rain you can fall well on this descent.

Rested, from 29.12. 2014-6.01. 2015 It can be seen that everything is fine with the hotel's finances, they do not spare money and invest, develop, raise. The quality of the room is good (I agree with the comment below HEARD is very strong.
