We stayed at this place for 2 weeks in August. Corps "Elena".
Their pluses are the pool (it helped out a lot, because the sea was stormy for the first few days of our holiday), a mini-kitchen in the room (there is an opportunity to save on food). On this, perhaps, everything.
I did not like some detached attitude of the owners of this "hotel". Eugene is engaged in the pool and it seems that he hates everyone who gets in there, he is very jealous of cleanliness (perhaps, on the one hand, this is a plus). The hostess Elena, not embarrassed by the guests, almost constantly discusses someone very loudly with her mother in the kitchen. In addition, she absolutely does not know how to communicate with clients, if you start expressing your dissatisfaction with something to her, she will not bother to correct the “jamb”, but will start to be rude. It so happened when, in our absence, she went into our room to change bed linen, without warning us about it in advance. When I asked her not to visit us again while we were gone, in response I received some kind of nonsense about the service in all hotels, supposedly cleaning is done only in the absence of a client. So, dear Elena, before engaging in such a business, take the trouble to learn at least a little about the service, what it is and what it is eaten with, how to talk with customers and in what case you can enter the room during the absence of guests. And much more.

One gets the impression that the client in this place is a figure far from being of paramount importance. All owners care about is money.
A week after our arrival, the kitchen-dining room was closed, a couple of days later the maid quit. We changed our linen twice. True, after the departure of the maid, the linen no longer smelled of air conditioning, but of mustiness.
Now about the numbers. We rented a 4 seater. In the room: 1-bed and 2-bed and chair-bed (old), wardrobe, small table, small refrigerator (with a huge frost in the freezer), TV with 6 channels (no satellite TV, stated in the advertisement, no). Sink with stove, there is also an electric kettle, which, thanks to this neighborhood, is in the water. The toilet looks good. Small, not very comfortable sink. The drain in the shower constantly smelled of sewage. Cleaning was never done. This service is on demand, but somehow, as a client, it is not very convenient for me to run around looking for someone who will do this. It would be much better if the hosts themselves at least once offered to clean the room. But, judging by the state of our corps as a whole, we cannot hope for this. The owners did not bother cleaning the territory at all. As sand, leaves and already rotten grapes were lying around from the day of our arrival, nothing has changed on the day of departure. On the ground floor, under the stairs, there was a vacuum cleaner and a mop, apparently left with a hint "clean it yourself. "
The most nightmare is of course the playground! The coating is all off and lies anyhow. A meager sandbox with a scattering of broken toys, two "crippled" swings, on which it is difficult even for a three-year-old to swing (very low). And to top it all - an incomprehensible building-killer. At first we thought it was a horizontal bar with a ladder, but then we saw in the photo that it used to be a swing. There is no inflatable pool, instead of it, again, a broken tent was lying around. In the evening, with the onset of darkness, another "jamb" appeared - the lack of lighting in the local area.
