Impressions are twofold. On the one hand, the owners quickly respond to messages; when booking a room, an agreement is concluded that specifies the living conditions and cost. The cost of booking a room is 20% of the cost of the entire tour. In this part, everything is clear and very impressive.
In our case, we did not manage to call in, because. there was a force majeure when, with a difference of one day, my mother fell ill and the eldest of the daughters fell ill with a temperature of under 40. Mom fell ill on the eve of the trip, I asked the owners to move our race one day later, in the hope that my mother would feel better. However, the next day, the daughter fell ill, and the trip had to be cancelled. I canceled the reservation and explained the reasons.
This is where the fun begins - you can cancel the trip only 45 days before arrival, otherwise you will lose the cost of the reservation. Despite the obvious force majeure on my part, the cost of the reservation (or at least part of it, I would consider such an arrangement quite reasonable) was not returned to me, referring to the terms of the contract. From a legal point of view, maybe everything is correct, but the aftertaste remained very unpleasant.
