All previous reviews the hotel itself writes about itself, everything is like a carbon copy, a solid caramel about itself.
We really didn't like the Areal Hotel! Holidays were ruined. Just wasted money!
Do not believe the beautiful pictures and promises on their website - it's all a lie!
Pure parody of All Inclusive
I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel! Just ruin your mood. . .
Still need to learn a normal service!
They write on the website that alcohol is included in the price, but in fact you have to pay another 2 thousand rubles on the spot per person, although barmatukha is ordinary alcohol. Wine is poured from packages, not from bottles, champagne of the lowest quality. . . People tried not to drink this muck, everything remained untouched on the table. . .
The food seems to be good, but then the stomach hurts from such food all the time, and on New Year's Eve the hotel was closed due to poisoning, apparently not in vain...

The rooms are the most ordinary, nothing special, but such a small TV that even with glasses you can’t see anything on it, a kind of rangefinder. The bathroom does not even have amenities for guests, but there is an announcement that you can buy everything at the reception. . .
There is a kettle and tea in the room, but there is no bottled water, they say you can buy it yourself...
With this "All inclusive" everything you need to buy at the hotel...
Very strange decorations in the hotel! Until now, all New Year's! As in a joke, when a Christmas tree is thrown away in the summer. These are not jokes, decorated Christmas trees, deer, Christmas decorations on the windows, snowflakes in the elevator, imitation gifts, Christmas tree decorations are everywhere. It's not all in one place, but on the street, on every floor in the hotel and the elevator. And then there are decorations for Valentine's Day. Other holidays have already arrived, do not sleep... Is it difficult to remove?
In the spa center all the saunas are cold 50-60 C, and the money is torn at 2700 rubles per person, for what? Water is poured on the floor, garbage is piled on the tables - they don’t clean it, it’s not very pleasant to be there. Small children are brought into the steam rooms, who constantly cry. The child does not want to be in the steam room, take them away, but no, they say, sit on with a runny nose... They didn’t even share the sauna time with young children. So you sit with a childish cry, then your head hurts all day...
There are so many people in the big pool that there is nowhere for an apple to fall, the water is cold and unpleasant. . .
We went to the Russian sauna, we thought, at least we’ll sit there in peace, but everything is the other way around there, they heated it up to 105 C, you can’t sit in such heat...
In short, there is no normality anywhere...
If the hotel cannot cope with a large flow, then why accept this flow so that everyone is not comfortable?
When checking in and when checking out, they stood in line at the reception for more than an hour. Two women even fought in front of us in line, it was very unpleasant...
We have not stood in line for a long time, but you can stand on vacation . .

Even when booking a hotel, it was very unpleasant when they gave a discount, and after our payment, they immediately took away this discount, right on the eve of arrival, when it was already impossible to change the hotel. And all this discount selection operation is done by Ekaterina Malkova, Senior Reservation Manager, how do junior managers work? They hired anyone. . .
Friendly employees were never met - all with sad faces...
Very unpleasant atmosphere in the hotel, somehow painful and gloomy, although in other hotels, joy and fun, besides this...
Very poor ventilation, woke up at night from stuffiness!
It is worth thinking very much before planning a trip to the Areal!
