On the trampoline itself, in three places it is written that no more than one person at a time, however, the cashier allows three people to jump. Because of what there are conflicts with mothers who are always in a hurry somewhere. There is no educator in the children's room, to understand children's conflicts on your own, and there is no way to leave the child for a couple of hours. There are few toys and all are broken, the child is only interested there for one day. There is no children's pool, and in an adult 28 gr, so you can't swim with a baby. They asked the container to take the child food with them - they brought a waiver of liability in case of poisoning for signature. As if they would bear some responsibility without this signature. . Showcases with paid toys are placed in prominent places everywhere so that the child does not pass by. They don't give free water, the only place where you can get it is a cooler on the first floor. Well, the apotheosis of everything was an intestinal infection, so much so that I didn’t get off the pot for two days and ran every half an hour or an hour. Vacation had to be cancelled. I did not expect such a set-up from a hotel of this price category, as they usually poison in cheap eateries. And these are not personal problems with my health, my wife has the same thing, but she ate less than me, and she didn’t twist so much. It's not all in one place, but on the street, on every floor in the hotel and the elevator. And then there are decorations for Valentine's Day. Other holidays have already arrived, do not sleep... Is it difficult to remove?
In the spa center all the saunas are cold 50-60 C, and the money is torn at 2700 rubles per person, for what? Water is poured on the floor, garbage is piled on the tables - they don’t clean it, it’s not very pleasant to be there. Small children are brought into the steam rooms, who constantly cry. The child does not want to be in the steam room, take them away, but no, they say, sit on with a runny nose... They didn’t even share the sauna time with young children. So you sit with a childish cry, then your head hurts all day...
There are so many people in the big pool that there is nowhere for an apple to fall, the water is cold and unpleasant. . .
We went to the Russian sauna, we thought, at least we’ll sit there in peace, but everything is the other way around there, they heated it up to 105 C, you can’t sit in such heat...

As for the furniture and renovation, it is worthy, again, not luxurious, but quite. I liked the food, there was plenty to choose from, I never left hungry. The family lived on spring break from March 25 to March 30.2014. Really like. We come here for the third time. Would have liked more variety of food(s) in the restaurant. Maybe arrange days of different national cuisines (Italian, Arabic, etc. ). Special thanks to the animation team. The guys are very professional.

" Or a completely limitless statement to the words that I will write a review - "write what you want and where you want - they went to us and will go! "
- many humiliating rules - selection of fruits when leaving the restaurant; disgustingly disorganized exit system;
- a trifle, but, given the price of the hotel, very unpleasant - a bathrobe and slippers are not included in the room price and cost 300 and 150 rubles, respectively
If you have low ambitions, settle in a corner room or a room without neighbors, take slippers and a bathrobe with you and ignore the staff, then you might like it.
