The hotel fully corresponds to the information on the site, for this money the hotel is simply gorgeous. The breakfasts are excellent. The hotel has an exchange office, but the rate is slightly underestimated, there is a pharmacy, souvenir shops, several restaurants and cafes. I lived alone, if you want guests to come to you, then you need your guest’s passport, without it there’s no way (tried many ways! : )))) and only until 23:00. … More ▾ The hotel fully corresponds to the information on the site, for this money the hotel is simply gorgeous. In general, I really liked Moscow, I’ll be back again, I was delighted with local ice cream, just like in childhood. As for entertainment, I can advise you to climb the Ostankino Tower, see Moscow from above, go to the Mirror Labyrinth on the Arbat, feed squirrels with nuts from your hand in Izmailovsky Park and go rollerblading and cycling there. : ))) Have a nice rest!; )

Under the promotion (and this is 50% of the cost) we booked a Suite room in the Delta building, she warned her husband that the hotel was average, the room was inexpensive, the hotel was 3 stars, so don’t count on much. And what was my surprise upon arrival: a 4-star hotel, a chic room on the 25th floor, a metro station nearby, I really liked the breakfasts. The room has everything for a pleasant pastime: a huge suite of two rooms, two bathrooms, a code safe, and what kind of coffee is obtained from a coffee machine, aroma for the whole room, snow-white linen and towels, linen change every day, gels, shampoos in the bathroom , toothpaste and brushes were also changed every day. The hotel lobby is also beautiful, the first three floors are occupied by cafes, restaurants and other places of entertainment. Near the hotel Izmalovsky Kremlin, pvark. Separately, I would like to tell you about breakfasts: we really liked the large selection, they bake olshadushki in front of you, make scrambled eggs, everything is hot and tasty. From now on, for a stopover in Moscow, we will choose only this hotel. Everything is super

I'll start a little from afar. My husband and I decided to legitimize our relationship and, in order not to stand in a limousine in all traffic jams in Moscow, we chose a hotel closer to Izmailovsky Hospital No. 5. My husband and I decided to legitimize our relationship and, in order not to stand in a limousine in all traffic jams in Moscow, we chose a hotel closer to Izmailovsky Hospital No. 5. Having gone around all the buildings of the Izmailovo hotel complex, we found only one option where there are free rooms - the Beta building, we ourselves are to blame for realizing it late)
After looking at some of the rooms, we realized that it suits us perfectly for 2 nights. Reservations are made only (! ) by phone, you can make from a special payphone or from any other convenient place.
As a result, having called in the evening, we were offered to look at the offers on the site, because. rooms are discounted. The next day, having found out that the numbers I liked were not presented on the site, but there are others, larger in area and with a small difference, I tried to call all day long, it was constantly busy. As a result, I made my way only closer to 21.00, just in time for the end of the working day. A nice man, it seemed to me, he explained everything in detail, recommended. He said to make a note when booking what you need: renovated floors, a choice of views: to the Moscow park. When asked why the price of a large Standard Suite room on the site does not differ much from First Class (we saw it), he argued that this is a site discount and there is no difference, except for the size.
Having made a reservation on the site with wishes, what was my shock when, after 2 weeks, I was given a room that was the opposite of my wishes: they wanted a renovated floor, overlooking the park, they gave Sovpedovskaya with a view of Moscow and without air conditioning.
To righteous indignation, they answered me that they had given my number to someone, they are not obliged to look and check, and in general, when booking, it was necessary to sign "do not change", which no one warned about. At my request, then give a room with air conditioning, they objected that this unit is not provided for in the Standard Suite, which should also have been warned when booking. Heh, now the true reason for the big discount has become clear.
Payment is made before (! ) settlement. For me, this was news, because. accustomed to paying later, I did not take the money and had to give money for the cake. Again, when I asked why, because something else was said, they objected that the system of payment upon eviction is only going to be introduced.
I had to put up with it, fortunately, the room was on the 28th floor and the view, especially in the evening, was impressive, and there was no heat in Moscow yet, and just all the windows wide open saved us. Guests were freely allowed into the room, although they were frightened by the access system.
We decorated the Soviet interior with ribbons and fabrics, if anything, they don’t have a vase either, they didn’t even find it at the reception, as a result we used a decorated teapot from which it’s impossible to drink water - it’s just scary, covered in scale, but it’s a great original vase, from the outside it seemed that this monster was trying to devour the plants))) The room has a large, surprisingly renovated bath, which was not locked, but everything was done well. A small kitchenette, there was all the necessary utensils, a table and a refrigerator (it didn’t even rattle). The bed is large, comfortable. Upholstered furniture and a table on wheels. There is a fan, the TV is half green (the wrong spectrum of colors), the remote did not work, but there was a big radio that was heard everywhere)) The audibility is excellent, if someone laughed somewhere, you will laugh with him. In general, the room was quite suitable, there are no cockroaches or something peeling and swollen. Simple and neat. The main problem of the hotel is in the wrong interaction with customers, they do not fully convey the information.
This detailed review, I hope, will be useful when booking and guests of the capital, in order to immediately take into account all the nuances that are silent when booking, and for residents of the white stone, in order to also try to avoid not fatal, but unpleasant incidents.

In 20 years of regular visits to Moscow, for the first time she ventured to stay in Izmailovo. I thought that HORROR awaits me - I was mistaken, pretty well. 2 times in a row lived in the Gamma building. 1) I liked booking on the net, without blocking money on the card and very low prices for Moscow; 2) a normal 3 * room, there may be a luxurious view from the window, there is a room on the floor with drinking hot and cold water, so tea / coffee is not a problem; 3) the reception and the maids were polite, on both arrivals I was given a room at 12:00, I didn’t even have to wait; 4) Partizanskaya metro station is nearby, a couple of shopping centers and a fair where you can buy all sorts of souvenir stuff a la Russe: nesting dolls, shawls, dishes, etc. … More ▾ In 20 years of regular visits to Moscow, for the first time she ventured to stay in Izmailovo. Terribly did not like the breakfast (it is better not to pay for it at all). Expensive and not tasty at all. In general, in Gamma and Vega, all the food is vile. Business lunches - guard, coffee in bars - inedible. Rescue shops right on the territory of the complex. The behavior of the security guards is a little annoying - they guard the approach to the elevators like a state border, they constantly check the guest card. If you go to breakfast and take only a magnetic key, you may not be allowed back : )))
In general, on a business trip you can withstand 3-4 days.
