Came to the conference. Liked the hotel! And from a few days of living in this place, so far only good impressions. Smart maintenance staff. Provided a comfortable room, the room is in excellent condition with a spacious bed and a comfortable bathroom. Everywhere is beautiful and modern. Lots of shops within walking distance.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. Nothing to complain about, you're welcome. The staff does not deprive you of attention if necessary, they will tell and show you what's what. Already received a lot of information at the reception. Booked the most basic room, and it turned out to be gorgeous. Everywhere is clean, tidy and quiet in the evening and at night.

For the first time I came to Oryol, I chose a hotel based on reviews. Was very pleased with my choice. The room is comfortable, clean and bright, all the accessories are there, even more than I needed. Special thanks for the wonderful bed. They are rarely comfortable in hotels, even if the hotel is considered elite.

We stayed in two rooms with the whole family. The interiors are beautiful, in general, everything is quite expensive and decent. The location is pleasant, if not for a number of minuses. OK, but definitely not five stars. Dishes are not cleared from the table. but the most outrageous - when checking out, they make you wait until the maid inspects the room on the subject - if you stole something. I have not felt more humiliated in a long time. this despite the fact that I repeat - we rested with the family - i. e. me, brother, mom and dad. and that's how we were treated respectfully. when I started to resent, they answered me that I could go specifically, and my relatives should wait until they were allowed to do this. filed a complaint in the guest book. but the residue is still vile! I do not advise. for 4000 per room - it's not worth it.
