The New Year holidays are long and I set out to organize the leisure of my family (husband and 2 children, 3 and 12 years old) these days, so that later I would have something to remember. I accidentally stumbled upon their advertisement on the Internet, read all the reviews and decided that this trip would be an interesting event.
From Ryazan to Etnomir by car 4 hours (one way). We decided that one day it would be hard for us and our driver (husband), so I booked a hotel room in advance.
I must say right away - if it were not for the price of the room (7500 rubles for 3) - the overall assessment of the complex would be higher. Residents of the Kaluga region and Muscovites have more favorable conditions - the entrance to the park is 500 rubles per person, and the road 1-1.5 hours is quite comfortable to get by in one day (with proper planning, one day will be enough to visit all the interesting places ).
Pros: Interesting and informative (especially for children 5-12 years old).

Our room had a kitchen.
Many interesting excursions, master classes (both paid and free)
There is a mini zoo (the only free entertainment for a child of 3 years old)
I liked the evening program by the fire with songs and dances to the tambourine with a real Yakut.
Cons: Very expensive accommodation
Expensive entertainment (forest labyrinth - 400 rubles, riding likes - 500 rubles, 1 pie from the miracle oven - 50 rubles, tubing rental, for rolling down a small wooden slide - 200 rubles for 30 minutes) - if all this is multiplied by a family from 3-4 people is very expensive.
Lack of ventilation in the hotel room - there was absolutely nothing to breathe.
It is not surprising that most of the visitors are Muscovites (perhaps this complex is being built with them in mind), and the road is not long and the prices are more acceptable for them.
For our family, 2 days in Ethnomir cost 13.000 rubles (accommodation, travel, paid entertainment, master classes, souvenirs, food (from home)).
TOTAL: The trip was informative, 2 days of the New Year holidays were used fruitfully, but I think that once is enough to visit this center. Next time I will look for other places for family holidays.
