I am writing a review for the first time. I have never done this before, although I myself always read and try to listen to popular opinion. We are an elderly family with two children (12 and 2) and an average income level.
At the beginning of my review, I want to note that we rested in many places in Sochi with different levels of comfort. And each place has its drawbacks, which can be briefly described in 2-3 sentences. But not about Sail!! ! With such an unobtrusive soviet service, or rather its complete absence, we encountered for the first time. About everything in order.
1. Booking. Waited 2 weeks for booking confirmation. Moreover, a girl named Zlata each time in a barely audible whisper promised to send him (confirmation) “not today or tomorrow. ” As a result, after the third call from our side demanding certainty, the same girl in an annoyed voice said that she had so much work, and then we stuck. Now I understand that the relationship with this sharaga had to be interrupted at the booking stage.

2. Living conditions. Primorsky Corps. They settled us, according to the reservation, in a triple room. When booking by phone, I was assured that the room is quite comfortable for living with a small child. In fact, everything turned out to be very sad. The room was completely smoky, there was an old, old carpet on the floor, on the walls (up to half) plastic panels with cracks and holes in them, wardrobes and beds like in a pioneer camp of Soviet times. The walls in the bathroom were covered in mold. Seed rinds, hair and nails (! ) were scattered all over the floor. I will omit the details of the proceedings at the reception. Let me just say that no one cared about us. As a result, by the evening of the next day we were settled in a "luxury studio". This is what they call it, but in fact two standard small numbers are connected into one. It was distinguished from the previous horror, perhaps, by normal beds, a large TV, a shower cabin and its main (room) advantage - a large balcony. All. In the bathroom, the same mold, the carpet is destroyed (crunches) from old age and swelled with bubbles, on the baseboards and furniture, there is dust as thick as a finger (and this is on the coast! ). Towels are old and not enough, had to constantly beg from the maid.
3. Nutrition. To say it's bad is to say nothing. Meals according to the buffet system were organized by the South Sea company. You could eat more or less only at breakfast (porridge, sometimes pancakes or pancakes). Lunch was organized in a tricky way: at 13:00 the attendants were fed (and they are not small, for two large buildings), then vacationers went to dine with what was left at 14:00. What a savings! The soup, of course, was eaten first and we got the leftovers (water at the bottom). Didn't bother with salads. Boiled beets, Chinese cabbage, rarely cucumbers and tomatoes. On the second, you could only eat a side dish. Basically it was rice (they were the only ones eaten), sticky boiled pasta, buckwheat and very rarely potatoes. From meat, all dishes were cooked the same way, just stewed in broth with onions (even without tomato! ). Basically, these were chicken offal (hearts, stomachs, etc. ), bony chicken and the same fish. What was not eaten at lunch was mixed and served for dinner. Of the fruits, there were only bananas, a couple of times we saw plums and cherries. Drinks and compotes were bred to the maximum. Bottom line: the children had absolutely nothing to eat. I would like to note the work of the waiters, or rather their boorish attitude towards vacationers. Plates were pulled right out of your hands.
4. Beach. The beach is in the public domain. They let everyone in. That security, which supposedly keeps order on the beach, does not fulfill its function. Therefore, chaos is happening on the beach. In addition to a large number of people (the sea looks like a soup of vacationers), dogs bathe in the sea, and in the evening builders from a neighboring construction site come and wash off the dirt (pure) right into the sea. All this is happening in a small area, so it’s impossible to somehow step back or retire. Heaps of garbage float in the water (napkins, toilet paper, gobies, plastic bottles, cans, plastic utensils... ). And on the neighboring beach, behind the fence, construction is in full swing (noise, dust, heavy equipment).
5. With kind words, I would like to note the animation team led by Dima. Guys, thank you very much! Only thanks to your cheerful company we were able to maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the "rest".

In conclusion, I note that on the official website of "Sails" only positive comments are published in the reviews. You will not find my review there, everything is carefully filtered. So don't be fooled. The organization was created in order to stupidly collect money from naive and gullible people. Draw your own conclusions.
Have a good rest everyone!
