"Prometheus" is one of the three spa hotels (there is also a "Solnechny" in the suburbs and in France). But, although all three have the same owner, the hotels are different, with a different way of life, their pluses and minuses.
First on the positives:
1. Sea and sun. The hotel is located right on the coast. Some cottages are actually located on the beach (we lived in this). The beach is clean, large pebbles. The entrance to the water is difficult - I recommend buying special swimming slippers. Lounges, awnings, umbrellas - in bulk. On the beach, towels are issued on the cards of vacationers. For the little ones, there is a sandpit with a slide in the shelter. Bar on the beach. There are free drinks, beer, ice cream, but any other alcohol and food - for a fee.

2. Territory. Everything is very beautiful, well-groomed, created with love. The territory is large - you can walk with all your feet. The landscape is flat, no slopes. Unfortunately, there are no bikes, scooters or anything like that for rent (there are only golf clubs and tennis rackets). So, it is better to bring them with you, if possible. You can also buy them on the territory - expensive, of course. Around comfortable walking paths, no transport. There are lawns, parks, gazebos. There is a mini-golf course, a tennis court, a beach volleyball court, a lot of sunbeds with mattresses and canopies - well, relax on the way from the dining room to the sea. Everywhere toilets, by the pools and on the beach - the issuance of towels.
3. Fun. There are three pools with paddling pools: a water park with cold water, a heated one and a sea-heated one. A bunch of restaurants and bars - paid. Two children's rooms: One with a nanny and toys, and the other with slot machines (garbage! Horor and only two pieces), but, on the other hand, children can always be fed there, at any time, for free, and even the smallest - with baby food. From 18.00 the amusement park with rides, train and trampoline is open. All sorts of competitions are held there, face painting is done, and at 20.30 all swings, carousels and trampolines are turned off, and a mini disco begins. Animators show movements, lead round dances. And at the end - fireworks. At the same time, something like a fair is held in the neighborhood - they distribute any fast food (donuts, potatoes, sausage in dough, ice cream). For adults, billiards, bowling, all sorts of games, which are impossible to list, almost always shows, and late, even striptease. Every night on weekdays, a newspaper is slipped under the door with the events of the coming day and with a review of past exploits. On Tuesdays there are two voyages of the steamer - they ride on the sea for free. Arrange all sorts of holidays. Animation is generally a separate delight! It's worth visiting just for them. Indefatigable artists! Everyone knows how to sing, dance, compose, mix, play any instrument, work around the clock. They even put on a fire show! Children generally forget what their parents look like - they rush after the animators in a crowd, keeping up with them even in the dining room.
4. Kitchen. They feed great. Of course, anything can happen. . . A couple of times something was cooked in burned-out oil - apparently, the cook was very ill with meningitis, but he was immediately replaced))) They are fed from the buffet. Huge selection of anything. In addition, the chefs entertain the kids, sometimes arranging workshops on baking funny pancakes and pizza. I have never seen so many sweets even in 5-star Turkish hotels. Alcohol is good: beer, wine, vodka, champagne - we alcoholics have never had a headache. Sometimes (with this strained) you can get snacks: chips, nuts, onion rings. The dining area is huge. Served by waiters. If you are with a child or just tired, you can easily ask the waiter to bring and take away everything you need.
5. Accommodation. To be honest, I did not count how many buildings... We did not live in an expensive one - on the very shore. Despite the hurricane weather, it was warm, not drafty. Although the room was spacious, bright and clean, it did not pull 4 stars, but I will write about this in the "cons". The bed was huge. Balcony with table, chairs and clothes dryer. Air-conditioned room with hairdryer, TV, telephone and refrigerator. Everything worked well. Water pressure is excellent, hot water temperature is hot. Cold - slightly lukewarm.

6. SPA. This, in contrast to the "Solnechny" - for a fee. On the one hand, a minus, but on the other - not so direct and expensive. You can afford it a couple of times. And there are no people, as in "Solnechny". Comfortable, beautiful, nice. The lockers in the locker room are huge, they give out slippers, bathrobes, clean towels lie around - both in the locker room, and in the steam rooms, and near the pool. Baby bathrobes are provided. The bath complex is diverse: Russian, sauna, hammam, Roman, herbal, salt, etc. Everything is very clean and high quality! Everywhere beds, sofas. There are heated loungers by the pool. The toilets are comfortable and beautiful. The pool is heated, partly facing the street. Water and apples are included in the price, but tea is extra. Any procedures are also paid separately, we have not tried it. Jacuzzi on the street - complete nonsense, and it was cold - not for the weather. You can leave the spa at any time, eat, sleep, and then come back. Small children can visit only until 14.00.
7. Service. When the taxi brought us to the hotel, we were immediately met, right from the car. They took things, told everything and conducted. The porter brought everything to the room. There are no comments about the courtesy of the staff. At the highest level. I want to write about our maid. We had two of them, so it happened. The first one was good, it did everything, but for some reason it took up a lot of space in our lives. The second is a goddess, a genius of purity and delicacy. She didn’t ask anything, she chose the moment so that we weren’t in the room, she cleaned not just perfectly, but fantastically! She foresaw what we might need, and did it. Candy is always left. But each maid has her own tricks - our friends who lived in the main building, she made origami out of towels, different every day! Towels are changed at least twice a day. The bed was changed twice in a week, but, probably, it was possible to ask more often, but we did not need to. All payments are made at check-out or at the reception - everywhere (in the store, spa, bar) you are simply asked for the room in which you live. There is a doctor - we needed his help. The impression remains good. The nannies are very patient. You can, by prior arrangement, leave the child in the evening, at night. The hotel controls the quality of service through a questionnaire and also gives out a badge (one per room), which can be presented to the employee you like or exchanged for a cocktail at the beach bar.
MINUSES
There are few of them. But they are significant. And spoil the whole fantastic impression. I don't even want to go back there. These are the disadvantages of providing a hotel, basically.

1. Illumination of the territory. Save money on electricity! And God would be with him, but not in the Lunapark, where the kids frolic almost on their own. It is impossible to keep track in such darkness whether the little pirate got up in the boat and jumped into the water. Have they crushed each other and killed the kids on the trampoline - it is especially dark and dangerous there! We had a very unpleasant situation when a child was almost trampled on.
2. Sleeping places. Perhaps we were not lucky personally. The bed, although huge (of two one and a half), but very uncomfortable! Do not compare with the drowning comfort in the "Solnechny". Two tiny pillows. I hardly slept at all (((Very hard. My 16-year-old son also suffered in an extra bed - a folding bed. It turned out that plywood and a thin paralon were inserted into the mattress (there were no springs). Even the extra mattress that the maid brought did not save the situation. I I found out - all their folding beds are like that. Fantastic! I've never seen anything like this. Neither in "Solnechny" nor in other hotels. It was always soft, comfortable, cozy. Even at home it's worse than there.
3. Children's room in "Eastwood" - the one with machine guns. not a single children's game - continuous mochilovo and blood.
4. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. In fact, it happens sometimes. Not in all rooms and not on all phones, probably))) There are at the reception, in the dining room, on the beach.
5. Rather, oddity, not a minus. This is not only we noticed, many vacationers were surprised. There are black porters in the hotel. They are not allowed to do any more work. It was kind of. . . embarrassing. Unpleasant.
The hotel is really wonderful. But things as important as sleep cannot be compromised. Especially in a 4 star hotel. . .
